We are looking to for a Kitchen Porter to join us at our busy and award winning restaurant, The Kitchen. A good team player, you will maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant, kitchen, and “back of house” in accordance with food hygiene regulations, and ensure that all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and other equipment used in the kitchen are washed up to a high standard.
Your main duties and responsibilities within this varied and rewarding role will include –
Adaptability and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment, together with customer service experience and good organisational skills, is desirable.
The hourly rate of pay is £6.87 - £10.16 per hour, dependent upon age.

This role is based in Sidmouth, Devon – an area of outstanding natural beauty. – This is a part-time, permanent contract starting as soon as possible, working 12 hours per week, on a 7 day rota with additional hours available. Shifts will be agreed between the Line Manager and the post holder. Please note this role does not include evening work.
