We have an exciting opportunity for a full time General Maintenance Person to join our team in Ireland. You will carry out maintenance work of general building, including carpentry and joinery repairs, basic plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, gardening and landscaping to support the operational activities of the Property Services and Fundraising departments. When working on site, monitor and ensure that contractors are working in accordance with the charity Code of Practice.
It is essential you can demonstrate practical experience of working in a similar role and have knowledge of safe working practices and can evidence a history of working safely. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required along with a full valid driving licence.
