We have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to join our fundraising team in Ireland, as a Fundraising Operations Supervisor. As our Fundraising Operations Supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that the charity delivers excellent supporter care to donors across Ireland. You will ensure consistent and efficient implementation of fundraising and marketing processes, tools and communications to help nurture and grow the charity’s supporter base.

About you:

  • Higher Certificate in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience of working with supporter or customer data.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service including management of enquiries from supporters and members of the public.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage a variety of simultaneous projects to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of managing teams, providing motivational support, coaching and mentoring appropriately.
  • Full valid driving licence.

About the role:

Your principal duties and responsibilities will include –

  • Work closely with the EU Fundraising Manager, supervise, motivate, train, develop and support the team to establish and deliver operational resilience and excellence.
  • Manage the core team, setting objectives to meet the charity’s overall aim and strategic goals, and managing individual staff performance.
  • Manage external supplier relationships and contracts, including post, payment providers and printers to ensure cost effectiveness, efficient service delivery and SLAs are met.
  • Deliver excellent customer care to TDSI’s supporters, working with the EU Fundraising Manager to develop, test and monitor engagement strategies to strengthen supporter relationships throughout the donor lifecycle.
  • Supervise the processing and maintenance of records added to the CRM by the team, ensuring accuracy, financial and GDPR compliance and delivering timely supporter correspondence.
  • Ensure fundraising operations systems are regularly reviewed and that users are sufficiently trained to effectively operate these systems.
