This role is instrumental in evolving and delivering our 5 year integrated digital marketing strategy, across our paid, owned and earned channels. This role will offer expertise and support to the whole charity.
As Digital Marketing Manager you will need to have excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills. Working closely with our Head of Digital and Senior Digital Development Manager you will deliver an effective and integrated digital marketing strategy to drive growth of traffic to The Donkey Sanctuary’s digital channels, bringing target audiences directly into our donor pages and online shop. You will lead the digital marketing team in continuously developing our integrated digital channel strategy, utilising your robust channel experience gained in retail or not-for-profit organisations to deliver our activity across paid search, paid and organic social, digital display, and email marketing. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our digital agency, ensuring a balance of strategy development and tactical delivery in order to deliver our plan of activity across the organisation and manage the digital marketing budget, building budgets and forecasts in line with the business planning cycle.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of successfully building lasting relationships are essential to this role as you will support the fundraising, communications and commercial teams. You will require excellent organisation and IT skills as you will manage a range of simultaneous diverse activities, projects and people. A full driver’s licence is essential for this role.
